Yu Yan (b.1996, Anhui, China) lives and works in Cambridge. She holds a B.A. degree in Studio Arts and Economics from Smith College, and now is a candidate of the Master in Design Studies at Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
She is a co-founder of ArtMacro, a web platform publishing in-depth dialogues with people who have multiple careers in the art world. She had also worked at Guggenheim Museum, Aperture Foundation, Magnum Photos, and Fou Gallery in New York.
Her works have been exhibited in China, U.S., Greece, France, Scotland, and Italy.
